Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
