An exciting opportunity currently exists for a true Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic and progressive environment, to drive growth and outcomes and improve current processes.
About the role:
- Drive strategies to foster and improve internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of 12 direct reports to maximise customer experience and outcomes.
- Monitor dashboards and assets to achieve qualitative & quantitative targets.
- Analyse statistics and compile reports with meaning
- Recognise and address gaps and inefficiencies in processes.
- Manage end user communication to recognise trends and identify solutions.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Manager with exposure to change management/process improvement
- Driven and dynamic with a strong understanding of reporting and data
- Experience in mentoring and managing staff in a professional environment.
- Solutions focused.
- Adaptable to change and ability to respond to competing priorities.
- Experience managing high-volume queries.
- Distribution/warehouse experience an advantage.
