About the Position: Customer Service Manager
We are looking for an extremely dedicated professional focused on achieving growth in our company. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Service team, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and courteous assistance at all times. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, plan, manage and review Customer Service and after-sales procedures and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, Guiding, and providing feedback to Customer Service team members to deliver excellent service and support.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and in-person visits, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
- Development and goods and services provided.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other department to meet customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to improve the customer experience.
- Liaise with other organizational units, service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
- Planning and implementation of after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction, ensure the performance of purchased good and modify and improve the services provided.
- Develop and implement Customer Service and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Speak Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish and Portuguese.
