With over 5 store locations across Australia and a strong online store, we are the one stop tool shop!

The Role:

Based in our office in Wetherill Park (we’re open to flexibility with the right candidate) this full-time position is responsible for ensuring our order fulfillment and Customer Services processes run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll do this by:

  • Leading a team of Customer Service and warranty officers, including coaching and development;
  • Recruiting and training new team members;
  • Developing ideas for and implementing process improvements across the online Customer Service and operations function;
  • Reporting on Customer Service and operational performance;
  • Going above and beyond and providing excellent Customer Service in a friendly and professional manner via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media;
  • Accepting, allocating, and updating customer orders;
  • Proactively contacting customers to provide order updates;
  • Tracking orders and liaising with internal/external logistics teams and suppliers;
  • Resolving customer complaints; and
  • Assisting with other tasks and projects as required.
  • This is a hands-on role and suits someone with 1-3 years Customer Service management experience, ideally in an online retail/e-commerce environment.

    Skills/Experience:

  • Previous Customer Service management experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers - strong written communication skills in particular as most responses will be via email;
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your work effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A real team player and naturally competitive;
  • Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, willing to learn and have a strong work ethic;
  • Strong computer skills - but, we will train you in our specific systems;
  • Be a quick learner and able to take on responsibility;
  • Experience using Zendesk and Shopify or similar Customer Service and e-commerce platforms (desirable).
