Based in the Norwest Business Park – Sydney, the business has a highly experienced management team and staff that focus on delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. All sales are supported by a supply chain and Customer Service team that ensure the OzCrop range of products are efficiently distributed throughout Australia from our 9 warehouses.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high performing Customer Service roles or managing fast paced Customer Service teams.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service roles
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
- Attention to detail
- High level of computer skills
- Well spoken and highly fluent in English
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Excel experience essential
- Adobe pdf (editing)
- Office suite
- Experience in the Agriculture sector preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for processing of orders from receival through to invoicing
- Regular phone and email communication with clients, sales team and logistics providers
- Driving Customer Service enhancement projects
- Work closely with Finance Team to support customer invoicing and statements
- Being an integral part of the sales support team
- General office duties
