We are looking for an individual to join our BOQ team in Aramac as a
Customer Service Manager. This role will be responsible for the daily operations of the bank and ensure all front-line
Customer Service is met in a professional and friendly manner.We are seeking a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills who can adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. This individual should be adept at problem-solving and be ready to hit the ground running.for further information.
What's on Offer:Location: This position is based in Aramac with Regional work and travel as required.Classification Level: Minimum level 4.1 of the Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream A) Award - State 2017 and the Barcaldine Regional Council Certified Agreement 2022.Wage: Negotiated with the successful applicant and contingent on possessed skills and experiencePayment of Wages: Council employees are paid fortnightly.Hours of work: 72.5 hours over 9 days with a rostered day off (RDO) every fortnight.Leave: Five (5) weeks annual leave per annum + 17.5% loading. - Minimum Year 12 Certificate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role;
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills commensurate to the position;
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology;
- Current Queensland class 'C' Driver Licence;
- Relevant formal qualifications in an appropriate field highly regarded;
- Previous cash handling and Customer Service experience desirable, but not mandatory;
- Understanding of Code of Banking Practice and other Financial Sector compliance data as well as a knowledge of Bank of Queensland products and services desirable, but not mandatory.
