They are now seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team and help continue this mission
The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
•Lead the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding Customer Service consistently.
•Recruit, train, and mentor the Customer Service staff in line with company values.
•Set, monitor, and review performance goals for the Customer Service team regularly.
•Develop, implement, and review Customer Service policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
•Ensure customer feedback is effectively managed and used to improve service.
•Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build customer loyalty.
•Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
•Monitor and analyse Customer Service performance metrics to drive improvements.
•Handle complex customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
•Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
•Stay informed on the latest industry practices and standards in Customer Service.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
•A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in Customer Service management, preferably in the retail sector.
•Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
•Ability to analyse data, understand Customer Service metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
•Commitment to sustainable and organic practices, aligning with company values.
