As a result of recent changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, professional and confident candidate to join their Customer Service Team.
The Duties:
As an integral part of this small and dedicated team you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service to new and existing members. As a part of this role you will be responsible for;
- Assisting with general enquiries
- Confirming reservation details
- Upselling value-added products
- Processing reservation documents
- Assisting with the membership newsletters
- Assisting with information sessions
- General Administration
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork
