ABOUT OUR TEAM
We’re a small team dedicated to showing care and compassion to every customer. We use our thorough knowledge of university admissions every day to help prospective students navigate their way to university.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in connecting customers both inbound and outbound with the support and information that they need. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries via phone, email, LiveChat and Facebook.
ABOUT YOU

- Excellent verbal and written communication sills

- Strong computer literacy with experience using multiple databases

Remuneration: The annual salary range is $86,887 – $91,842 (includes base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
