Customer Service Officer

Here at CBCity  The City of Canterbury Bankstown is one of the largest Council’s in NSW with the most culturally, socially and economically diverse communities in Sydney. We deliver 21 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 370,000 residents.       The role   The Customer Service Officer plays an integral role in servicing residents, local businesses and other members of our community.

You will assist customers on a wide range of enquiries in an environment that can be fast-paced, challenging and at times confronting, however, you will foster a strong sense of commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to action requests in a professional and timely manner.   Duties will include but not be limited to:   To provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries and issues on the full range of Council’s services through personal attention or referral to specialist staff as necessary.
