Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting clients and guests with a professional demeanor.
- Understanding customers needs, being able to upsell and direct them through the studio, enhancing their overall experience and adding value to their interactions.
- Handling incoming calls efficiently, redirecting calls as needed, or taking detailed messages.
- Keeping the reception and design studio tidy and organised.
- Managing office supplies to ensure availability.
- Supporting general administration tasks as required.
- Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role with outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
