It Service Desk (Part-Time)

Part-time Service Desk role based at the Sunshine Coast

Contract opportunity with local government client based on the Sunshine Coast.
Your new role

2 month contract - PART TIME - 18.25 per week
1st and 2nd level service request resolution (for identified service request types) combined with also providing front line customer support for requests received via the Service Desk.

• Provide front-line customer service, support, and advice - first and some second level service request resolution
• Assist with provisioning of user access, permissions
• Manage onboarding and offboarding access
• Support and maintain the Service Desk telephone support line and outlook inbox ensuring that all requests are attended to within the agreed service levels.
• Manage and maintain the Service Desk application ensuring data is up to date and accurate, and the system is configured appropriately.
• Pro-actively identify call trends and escalate potential issues that may arise from customer requests
• Ensure frequently asked questions, work instructions and support documentation are

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant IT Qualification
• Relevant experience in the ICT industry, preferably IT Service Desk.
• Strong customer focus, time management and communication skills. With demonstrated ability to trouble shoot problems or know when to escalate.
• 'C' class driver's licence
