• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-orientated approach.
• collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up to-date knowledge of company products/services and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer centric mindset
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
• Proficient in using Customer Service software and tools.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
