The role
We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer as an expansion of our existing Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the role involves:
- Receiving and actioning customer enquiries and orders by incoming calls and emails
- Entering and processing orders
- Providing customers with advice and information on our products
- Explain ordering, sales and delivery processes
- Following up customer orders
- Preparing Picking Slips
- Reviewing available inventory
- Relating to and making enquiries of the Sales, Production and Yard teams
- Managing return of delivery pallets

- A team player, willing to work with the team to achieve the right result for our customers and the business
- Ethical and will always do what is right
What you will need to succeed
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use E-mail and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Pronto ERP of advantage
- Australian driver’s license
