The role
To deliver excellence in Customer Service delivery and effectively, accurately, and apply key controls to all drive, non-drive & total loss vehicle repairs.
Accountabilities
Able to work to strict deadlines as part of the fulfillment team, who progress claims and provide timely customer updates.
Optimal pathing control/ hire car management & proactive management of customers into our assessment centres and repairer network
Work with associated system and administrative processes associated with the customer pathing,& repair/ total loss journeys.
Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration.
Take responsibility for getting claims on track and progressing.
What experience youll bring
Exceptional Customer Service engagement and ability to prioritise work.
Interest in & ability to develop professional relationships across the motor repair, towing, hire car & assessing industries.
