AWH is also the world’s largest wool and independent cotton handler. There is now an opportunity to join our dedicated and hard-working team as a Customer Service Officer at our Bibra Lake site.
About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality Customer Service and facilitating administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data processing
- Providing high quality internal and external Customer Service
- Coordinating deliveries and shipments with warehouse and transport providers
- Liaising with our customers to resolve issues
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Customer Service and administration and possess the following:
- Previous experience and/or qualifications in warehousing/logistics desirable
- The ability to provide a high level of Customer Service
- Initiative, willingness, and a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with SAP systems and/or within the transport industry is highly regarded but not essential.
