The Role:
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Officer is to provide first level customer support to customers of South Australia’s online planning systems through an integrated multi-channel approach (emails, face to face and calls). The role sits within PlanSA and involves providing technical and non-technical support to all system users and managing all cross-functional matters in relation to the ePlanning platform.
About You:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and effective record keeping skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple Customer Service requests
- Experience in IT related support.
- Ability to provide expert advice and resolve complex issues.

- Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.
- There are 2 term positions available (12 to 24 month contracts).
Remuneration:
ASO3– $66,590 min – $70,968 max
