An Organization  is seeking an Customer Service Officer  predominately for back filling  staff leave as required.  Position is on  casual  for Mount Gambier Site.

• Providing accurate front counter and administrative services to both  internals and external customers
• Customer needs are effectively responded to ensure customer satisfaction
• A broad range of business and administrative process are effectively  implemented  and maintained
• Use of Business systems and tools and processes are effectively utilized to support programs
• A range of administrative assistance to support  the organization and coordination of assigned meetings, conferences  &, appointments .
• Effective processing of transaction relating  provision of licences, permits  & payment.

• Ability to demonstrate fundamental knowledge in administrative practices and systems
• Able to communicate easily in interactions with others and able to convey information clearly in written communication and documents
• Ability to set own work priorities, uses tools ( eg; outlook ) and time efficiently to meet work objectives
• Possession of a current drivers licence
