At Communicare, we're looking for individuals who have a passion for Customer Service to join our committed team! As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the welcoming face for Communicare clients, visitors, and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding Customer Service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Ensuring our reception and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, in accordance with Communicare's Child Safe, Trauma Informed, and White Ribbon principles.
- Supporting the wider Communicare community by maintaining well-stocked supplies and resources, and efficiently handling travel bookings, catering, and other needs.
This role is offered on a casual basis, providing flexibility for your schedule.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant experience in a similar role, including Customer Service experience and engaging with diverse clients.
- Ability to attend to crisis and emotional distress demonstrated by clients.
- Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills
- Intermediate communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Intermediate Customer Service skills
- Current Working with Children Card
- Satisfactory Police Clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date).
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence
