The role of the Customer Service Officer (CSO) has three main objectives:
- Deliver high quality Customer Service
- Prepare and assist in the coordination and administration of voyage material relating to all areas of the department
- Ensuring effective operation and efficient administration resulting in on time departures
The ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive work ethic and commitment to the company and culture within the Terminal Services Department.
