What this job involves:
We’re looking for 2x Customer Service Officers to join our team on site at a shopping centre based in Smithfield!
A snapshot of the role:

• Providing customer excellent Customer Service at all times, both face to face and over the phone
• Manage gift voucher system and daily reconciliation
• Proactively and continuously improve customer’s experience within the centre

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

• Previous working experience in hospitality or retail
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to easily build rapport with all different types of people
• You are well-presented and well-spoken
