About the role
You will be answering enquiries from customers to adhere to agreed standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and requests via phone, email, web and social media
- Resolve issues and enquiries from stakeholders of all levels
- Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner
Experience and skills
- Highly proficient in using administrative tools including MS Suite
- Outstanding administration, communication and Customer Service skills
- Previous experience in Contact Centre is highly regarded
