Position: Customer Service Officer
Duration: 6 months
Part Time: 25 hours per week
Location: Northern Suburbs
Rate: $34.79 per hour + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent first-point-of-contact service to customers contacting the Council. This will include phone, face to face and digital channels.
- Effectively manage all enquiries, requests and complaints on all of Council's services.
- To work across multiple sites.
- Customer Service experience in a call centre/ high inbound call environment
- Ability to engage empathetically with customers with emotionally charged issues would be highly regarded.
- Bilingual candidates will be highly regarded.
- Local government experience
