We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join one of Australia’s leading personal loan providers. Handy Finance is a leading fintech with a mission to Make Money Simple and this his role represents an opportunity to support an incredibly exciting, fast-growing financial technology company (‘FinTech’), that offers substantial personal and professional development opportunities.
What you’ll do
A summary of your responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound correspondence, via phone, email, and SMS - in line with Handy Finance policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintaining a focus on delivering a high level of customer experience, for both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong listening skills with the ability to interpret customer’s needs and deliver positive outcomes within a short time frame.
- Managing data in preparation for loan settlements
- Managing day-to-day customer admin related queries
- This role offers real opportunities for career development and progression in a rapidly growing business.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 1 years' experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Highly personable and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic Customer Service environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Authorized to work full-time
