Stayover by Ausco villages are designed to provide comfortable and serviced accommodation for transient workers, and travelers across various locations around Australia. These villages offer a range of accommodation standards, recreational facilities and an onsite restaurant, which provides our guests with a comfortable home away from home.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Reservations Manager this role will play a key part in working with our clients to assist booking their reservations nationally into our Stayover villages. On a daily basis you will be taking calls, actioning emails and fielding general enquiries as well as:
- Looking after reservation coordination, including room allocations
- Work with customers to actively problem solve issues to provide exceptional service.
- Compiling various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Achievement of clear communication channels/process between our client and both Stayover by Ausco and our service providers.
- Administrative support to the Stayover Reservations Manager
Renowned for your first-class Customer Service and communication skills, complemented by your ability to quickly build positive and trusting relationships. We are looking to hear from people with:
- Experience working in Customer Service or administration within the hospitality, hotel or mining/resources industries.
- Reservations or Booking experience desirable but not essential.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to come up with solutions easily.
