As a Customer Service Officer in the Call Centre, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and issues across various channels, including the Call Centre, Processing, web, and face-to-face interactions with appropriate training and support.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Customer Service: Provide accurate and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and issues, compiling requests for action by Council departments, processing applications, and completing financial transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant Council and Customer Services policies, practices, procedures, and service standards.
- Process Improvement: Provide input into the development of departmental procedures and processes, advocating for the customer and supporting continual improvement and efficiency.
- Team Support: Assist in developing the capability and capacity within the team and contribute to a positive working environment.
