The City of Cockburn is establishing a pool of suitable applicants for Customer Service Officers. Appointments will be made on a casual basis. Applicants assessed as suitable but not offered immediate work will be placed in a Casual Pool, which will operate for 3 months from the date of the initial placement in the pool, from which further employment opportunities may be offered.

The Position
We are currently looking for casual Customer Service Officers to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience at Cockburn ARC in line with our service vision “outstanding service people talk about”. This position requires flexible availability and hours of work may include early morning, late evenings and weekends.

Hourly Rate: $40.73 per hour including 25% casual loading
