- Ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
- Provide high level Customer Service to new and existing members.
- Inbound and Outbound calling
- Process roll ins, roll outs and contributions
- Data entry and general account maintenance
- Assist other departments with any ad hoc admin tasks.
- Prior Superannuation industry experience preferable, however those with strong Customer Service/admin skills will also be considered.
- Excellent phone manner and great communication skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and a 'can do' attitude.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
