Customer Service Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our prestigious client, located just outside of the CBD. Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
• Provide high level Customer Service to new and existing members.
• Inbound and Outbound calling
• Process roll ins, roll outs and contributions
• Data entry and general account maintenance
• Assist other departments with any ad hoc admin tasks.

Skills and Experience

• Prior Superannuation industry experience preferable, however those with strong Customer Service/admin skills will also be considered.
• Excellent phone manner and great communication skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Willingness to learn and a 'can do' attitude.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
