We are looking for an energetic, positive and self-driven Customer Service Officer. You will secure new and service existing customers by placing insurance, via inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. You will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success, developing specialised skills in underwriting, risk assessment, sales and negotiation.
What your day will look like…
- Manage inbound and/or outbound calls and emails to and from current and prospective customers
- Provide a great customer experience with accurate and reliable information and service
- Uncover your customer’s needs and assist with providing a suitable insurance option to protect what is important to them
- Document customer correspondence and complete administrative processes

- Exceptional service skills; you are achievement focused and love smashing your targets
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets in a high paced sales role with the ability to handle objections, and close the sale
- Efficient time management skills, able to coordinate, prioritise and complete multiple administrative tasks to timeframes
- A strong level of digital literacy and an aptitude for learning
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- An energetic and tenacious nature with a passion for service
- Tier 2 accreditation and previous financial service experience is not essential but is highly regarded
