As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, addressing order-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in achieving positive outcomes for our customers.
