Reporting through to the Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding queries relating to new products & services, existing loans and general enquiries.
- Communicating with internal and external parties as appropriate to solve customer queries.
- Liaising with customers regarding any current early stage due accounts and supporting them with bringing their account up to date.
- Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.
- Working to achievable team KPI’s and targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 6 - 12 months experience working within Customer Service in the retail, hospitality or call centre sector.
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional relationship building skills with a compassionate yet results focused nature.
- Ability to build relationships with a customer centric and soft approach to collections.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, considerate and professional environment.
