About the Opportunity:
Help Enterprises are seeking motivated and enthusiastic call centre and Customer Service experts to join their Centralised Services team based in North Lakes. Working as part of our Employment & Training division, you will assist participants of our DES contracts in their pathway back to sustainable employment and provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers.
This role will provide contract management administrative support to frontline staff and stakeholders in the delivery of tailored servicing to our jobseekers. The roles will provide a range of administrative duties, which includes handling of inbound and outbound calls, to assess jobseekers circumstances and identify the appropriate support and referral opportunities.
About You:
- Experience within DES, NDIS Contracts (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in a Customer Service, administration or sales role
- Ability to interpret and communicate Government contracts, Policies and Operational Guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds and an empathy with disadvantaged and long-term unemployed
- Ability to meet targets, KPI’s and compliance requirements
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
