An excellent opportunity now exists for a Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Officers to join our team, located in Brompton. We are looking for someone to ensure the smooth running of our business and to provide “Good Old-fashioned Service” to our customers
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Full-time rotating roster
- Operational hours from 4am to 11pm.
- $26 per hour, after 3 months $27 per hour, Public Holidays $33.04-35.34 per hour
- Combination of AM and PM shifts, weekends and some public holidays required
- Answering phone calls, processing emails, assisting customers, handling complaints
- Transferring customers to and from the airport and other select areas
- Offering exceptional Customer Service
- Assisting Customers with enquires and luggage
- Moving all types of cars manual and automatic

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Medium Rigid Drivers License or higher (Must be willing to apply if you don't already have it)
- Drivers Accreditation (Must be willing to apply if you don't already have it)
- Current Police Check - if not current, it would need to be obtained after the interview stage through our chosen company
- High presentation standards
- Excellent driving skills
- Able to work a combination of AM & PM shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Confident in communicating with customers and staff alike
- Attention to detail
