Then we are looking for YOU to join our dynamic and friendly team! Based at our Dandenong South office, the position is full time (Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm) with onsite parking and on the job product training.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing customer relationships and providing customer sales service by phone, email enquiries and preparation of quotes via our CRM - Salesforce.
- Process sales orders into SAP.
- Proactively inform customers of order / quote updates.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer enquiries.
Key requirements for the role:
- Prior experience dealing with mechanical and/or bearing suppliers.
- Customer relationships and networking ability.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written).
- Professional demeanor.
- Customer focused and flexible to customer needs.
- Results focused and responsive to goals and objectives.
- Competent skills in use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel).
- SAP & CRM experience preferrable (training will be provided).
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
