They represent a number of architecturally-designed decorative products and custom fixtures and are known for their high-end brands that are generally the first choice for architects, designers, and consultants when it comes to high-end commercial & luxury residential projects.
POSITION
Due to company growth, a Customer Service & Sales Administrator role has become available.
Your main responsibilities will be focused the around the following key areas:
Customer Response: Product availability & price for customers via phone & email
Sales Orders: Enter sales orders in the system and send order or backorder confirmations
Dispatch: Pick, pack and dispatch all Sales Orders

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:
- Proven track record of Customer Support & Sales Administration of ANY Background
- Experience and ability to clearly demonstrate skills within the main responsibility points listed in the above JD
- Experience working within a picking & dispatching orders is a MUST
- Experience with utilising Microsoft Office and Outlook including Excel skills.
- High presentation, attention to detail, and team player mentality
