The successful individual will be all about creating the most fun, exciting and stress-free experience for our guests, and deliver the high standards of service and customer experience expected at the Darebin Stadiums, which include:
- Assist in organizing and setting up party bookings.
- Create a FUN atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
- Efficiently respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Supporting the day-to-day operations such as promotion of sports programs, competitions & activities.
- Communicate and work with the Stadium Operations Coordinator for Food & Beverage ordering and organize party supplies.
- Help keep the facility clean and presentable for guests and team members.
- Use of point of sale systems and the processing of transactions
- Work alongside and inspire an energetic, fun, and hard-working Customer Service team.
- General administrative duties
- Take the lead and act as a role model in building our amazing, fun, collaborative, and inclusive Clublinks culture.
About you
You will have:
- Previous party/event hosting experience is required; previous Customer Service experience is desirable.
- Availability on Sundays
- A vibrant and energetic personal energy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Relevant qualifications including First Aid & CPR
- Working with children check
- Current National Police check,
