You will be answering incoming calls & emails from customers and updating information in relation to customer's account and dealing with rewards requests.
Full training provided providing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Customer service experience in Hospitality, Travel or Retail OR call centre experience highly regarded
- Monday - Friday roster between 6am - 8pm (minimum 37.5 hours working week).
- Available to interview/commence in the 2nd week of April and Commence a week later
- Minimum 6 months - Working Holiday Visa candidates welcome to apply!
- Must be able to commence training in the office (St Leonards).
- Intermediate PC skills – email, websites and Microsoft applications
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
