As the Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible to provide thorough, reliable, and high-quality installation services to customers encompassing roofing and insulation. This position is offering permanent full time work 5 days per week, hours will be 7:30am – 3:30pm Key Accountabilities: Address and handle inbound phone calls related to product availability, bookings, delivery times, quotes, initial technical inquiries, and general customer concerns Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring the delivery of a positive and satisfactory customer experience Maintain transparent communication with customers, supervisors, and installers to guarantee adherence to schedules and promptly inform customers of any deviations Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to installation services, escalating to relevant managers when necessary Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues affecting the timely completion of installation work Verify accuracy of Customer Purchase Orders, including pricing and quantities.
Process sales orders and quotes using SAP Handle returns, investigate credits, and take appropriate action Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Supervisor on order status, schedules, productivity reports, and quotes Keep the myflo dashboard up to date daily Schedule maintenance and warranty work in a timely manner Efficiently schedule supply and installation work daily Process vendor payments and invoices daily Issue/upload compliance certificates to complete the Customer Service process Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR standards, policies, and reporting systems Adhere to WHSE authorities as per the responsibilities matrix Collaborate with the Transport Hub to address and resolve potential issues with deliveries About
