Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain real-time knowledge of product availability and dispatch capacity.
- Ensure all customers have access to the booking systems for timely booking and dispatch of product.
- Clarify booking and load amendment processes for customers.
- Set appropriate capacity and constraints in the booking systems for timely product delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer problems and contribute to improving the customer experience.
Key Qualities & Characteristics:
- Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Understand timing and mechanical processes of product dispatch.
- Effectively communication with stakeholders regarding terminal dispatch capacity.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and collaborate effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred, particularly in the agricultural industry.
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly.
- Quality Control experience is a plus.
