We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our vibrant team in Geelong. This role will be based in our office and will primarily involve handling customer inquiries and processing orders via telephone and internet channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, and product information via email and telephone
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Customer Service department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, sales support, or office coordination roles
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using inventory computer systems within a Customer Service environment
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience with Pronto software preferred, but not essential
