Role and Company:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join one of Australia's largest and most reputable Waste Management organisations. The role will be based at the company’s Richlands site. This is initially an Ongoing Contract with the option to go permanent. Full-time, Monday - Friday hours and overtime rates apply, with responsibilities as follows;
- Action incoming calls and emails
- Gather relevant information from clients and sub-contractors and input this into the company CRM/database
- Communicate with contractors to ensure that orders have been received and delivered
- Close out the client order by inputting confirmation of orders
- Coordinate services for clients, dealing with external and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
- Make outbound calls as required in order to ensure that services run smoothly, investigating any delays or service issues

Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in providing quality Customer Service in a high volume, complex Customer Service environment
- Confident phone manner

- Positive and proactive customer focused attitude
