Customer Service Officer - Part Time

This part-time role is 3 days (24 hours) per week. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with our members by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our range of financial products and services.
• Problem-Solving: Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and efficiently address their needs while ensuring their satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations and procedures to ensure the security of customer accounts and transactions.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
• Community Involvement: Participate in our community outreach initiatives and support our mutual bank's commitment to social responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
