Role
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager and Supervisor with the efficient running of branch activities including maximising utilisation of all assets, presentation of assets, client retention and adherence to rental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch administration including filing, banking and preparation of rental agreements.
- Process counter and phone enquiries and bookings
- Ensure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreements
- Ensure cash handling and debtor guidelines are followed
- Develop customer relationships
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Customer Service and/or rental activities
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to think creatively to devise the most efficient processes.
- Foundational computer skills
- Excel skills and experience
Desirable Skills and Experience
- HR license
- Previous rental experience
