We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude with good communication skills that can maintain consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance
- Submitting reports, invoices and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and Builders
- Generate time, materials and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completion
- Work to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met (KPI’s)
- Answering phones and responding to email enquiries.
- Assist with general Admin duties where required, including data entry, database and file management.
- Provide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers including Insurance Companies, and Builders for authorities, and key information on all allocations
- Communicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending Technicians
- Generate, review and format detailed contents inventory reports
- Other relevant tasks and duties as required.
Key skills and attributes:
- Demonstrate intermediary competence in Microsoft Office suites
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently with the ability to complete tasks and meet set deadlines
- Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude to your work and being a team player
- Experience in high volume, target driven environments
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
