Customer Service Officer - Weekend Only

Licences 4 Work are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Administration Officer to join our great team at our Malaga Training Facility. This is a Weekend only Part Time role

Your duties will include:

• Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great Customer Service
• Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs
• Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgements, contacting students
• General office duties

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent Customer Service skills - always smiling, always helpful
• Great communication skills with other staff and students
• Excellent computer skills - quick and accurate and can follow procedures and requirements for multiple systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and portals (training provided)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise based on role requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with all students and staff
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team.

If you have previous RTO experience then this will be HIGHLY advantageous.
