This role available for immediate commencement is based in Perth (Bibra Lake) and reports directly to the Perth Branch Manager.
Due to continued growth this new role seeks to ensure that customer enquiries and orders are processed efficiently and professionally to deliver consistent performance and a high level of customer satisfaction. The position also assists with the administration of a small branch operation.
The position is full time onsite Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
• A certificate in business administration or experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP experience is not critical but an advantage
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management skills
• A willingness to learn and the right working attitude
