The role:
- Forge strong connections with our clients and employees across multiple brances Australia wide as their main point of contact, delivering top-notch service over the phone and via email
- Coordinate seamless scheduled bookings and missed service bookings with our clients and field based technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Tackle administrative tasks with finesse while delivering exceptional Customer Service
About you:
- A confident communicator who shines on the phone and in writing, delivering clear, concise messages with professionalism
- A cool, collected demeanour under pressure, able to keep calm and carry on no matter what
- Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
- Thrive in a busy and exciting office environment with a supportive team in a culture built on teamwork and camaraderie
- Reliable, dependable and self-motivated to do your best each day and take pride in your hard work
- Available to work full time hours, Monday – Friday, with some possible Saturday shifts paid in overtime every now and then
