We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Full time Customer Service Officer to join our team permanently. Commencing immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will provide a welcoming, safe, and empathetic first point of contact for children and families accessing the service. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and guiding them through the clinic’s processes.
- Manage clinician diaries and client appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Collating and ongoing management of accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Oversee billing processes, including insurance claims, invoicing, and payment collection
What we are looking for:
- Great Customer Service skills and a vibrant positive attitude
- Reception or administration experience is a plus but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- High standard of integrity & empathy
- Strong computer skills and typing ability
- Good time management & organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
