We are looking for a Contract Administrator to work across two building projects in the CBD
ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join an existing team to work on 2 building projects in the CBD. We are looking for a Contract Administrator (2 to 10+ years) who can look after a number of sub-contractor packages across 2 jobs concurrently.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and variations
- Managing and tracking project expenditure
- Preparing and administering project invoices
- Administering RFI’s to clients, architects and consultants
- Processing progress claims, variations and invoices
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
