About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and services to clients, including managing compliance, preparing documents, coordinating appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to optimise client interactions.
- Assisting Financial Planners in providing advice and services to clients, both initially and on an ongoing basis.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with the client base to ensure their best outcomes are prioritised.
- Facilitating and maintaining an optimal client experience throughout interactions.
- Taking ownership of client matters as they arise, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
- Managing new leads into the Financial Planning division by conducting due diligence and uploading client information into the CRM.
- Preparing and executing pre and post-meeting documents, including SOAs, ROAs, and Review Documents, as directed.
About You
- 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role preferably within the financial planning industry, other highly regarded industries include investment or insurance
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Sound computer literacy, specifically with Xplan and Microsoft Office
- Extensive financial literacy and proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
